Welcome to Rage on Waterville.

We are part of Maine's largest mountain biking club and begun as a spin off from the Rage on Portland group, which currently has over 250 members. 

Since this is a new group and website, the Rides section has not been updated for the greater Waterville area, but will be added as soon as we can get to it. Please help us by forwarding any descriptions and/or maps that you might have of trails in the area to the webdork.

Let me answer a few questions for you:

What is Rage? It is a very loosely organized club that exists to bring area mountain bikers together to ride and socialize.

How do I join? Fill out the email form (join the Waterville list) and then jump right in to the fray, by first introducing yourself and then tagging along or organizing rides.

Am I worthy? Do you own a mountain bike? OK then. Don't worry about riding ability as there will always be a wide variety of skill levels in the group. We're not about racing, although if you're into it, that's great.

Why are you telling people where to ride? Keeping singletrack to yourself is lame. There aren't enough riders around here to ruin anything. More likely, the opposite would be true. The trails would be better maintained, the trails wouldn't overgrow, and you might be surprised what a few voices can achieve in preserving access. Look at what snowmobilers have been able to accomplish.

When are the rides?  Subscribe to the email list to receive notices. Rides can be posted at any time. Feel free to post a ride anytime once you've subscribed.

Where can I get stickers and hats with that rippin' logo on them? Uhhh..... I'm working on it, but you can get a limited edition, way cool t-shirt. Check the Blurbs section for a Rage on Portland t-shirt.
